FuelSync requests only the access reasonably necessary to provide app functionality. If the app requests permissions such as notifications, those permissions are optional where supported by the platform and may be managed through device settings.

If you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can send alerts related to your account, such as new invoices, EFT updates, and price alerts. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as necessary with:

• Service providers and infrastructure vendors that help us operate the app, hosting, notifications, authentication, analytics, and support functions
• Your authorized business account administrators or affiliated entities that manage your FuelSync access

We retain account and business records for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and applicable legal or operational requirements.

FuelSync is a business application and is not directed to children.
